In preparation for the summer solstice, join us for an evening of wandering and wondering, entering into conversation with the Earth to connect more deeply with ourselves, our stories and our place in this world.

This months circle will be outside under the sky. We’ll find child’s pose with our fingers in the grass and tree pose among the trees. I hope you can join us.

We’ll start by engaging in sacred circle to root and connect, coming into connection with body and breath.  We’ll expand outward for a gentle ritualistic solo hike, exploring inner landscapes through deep listening and intuitive movement. We’ll end with a group council to witness and reflect our voices and experiences.

6pm: Opeing Circle and Gentle Yoga Flow: an embodied movement practice that invites the group to ground, bring awareness into their internal experience and practice intuitive movement guided by their own breath

7pm Solo wander and reflection: Spread out under the trees, listen to your own inner voice and connect with the Mama Earth.

7:30 The Circle: Gather in a supportive women's circle to share your experiences, insights, and challenges. Be seen, witnessed and loved just as you are, in all your messy beauty.
