About the event
This series is an invitation to slow down and come into deeper relationship with yourself—through the lens of both yoga therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and within the shared rhythm of a circle, where connection becomes part of the healing process.
Together, we’ll explore:
gentle, therapeutic movement
breath and nervous system awareness
noticing and relating to parts in real time
optional sharing in a co-created, “safe enough” space
