About the event

Join me for a transformative gathering that delves into the depths of our human experience— Embodying the Duality of Light and Dark.

In our journey towards wholeness, we encounter the duality of light and dark within ourselves. This event invites you to explore the reconciliation of all parts of your being—a journey towards inner unification that embraces both the light and shadow aspects of your nature.

A whole and balanced self is not the absence of darkness but rather a harmonious integration of all shades of existence. Through mindful awareness and deep honesty, we will create a space of acceptance and compassion for ourselves, honoring our messy humanity in its entirety.

The event will include:

  • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Yoga Practice
  • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Women's Circle
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Optional Potluck Lunch

Come join us as we delve into the depths of our souls, embracing the light and shadow within on a journey towards self-acceptance and wholeness.

All are welcome, regardless of yoga experience level. Please bring a yoga mat, any props you need, a journal, a tea mug, an open heart, and a dish to share if you plan to stay for the potluck lunch.

I look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you.
