Yoga therapy offers practical, personalized tools to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and meaningful change. Ongoing sessions create space for consistent practice, reflection, and refinement. Together, we track what is shifting in your body and nervous system, adjust your home practices as needed, and respond to new challenges as they arise. This process builds confidence, self-trust, and a deeper understanding of how your body communicates. Sessions may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs. Over time, your practice evolves — supporting pain relief, improved posture and movement patterns, emotional regulation, and greater capacity for connection and ease in daily life.
