Yoga For You

 

Enhance your yoga practice with a private class just for you. You may want a private class if: you are new to yoga, you want to deepen your practice, or you simply desire space and time with an experienced instructor devoted to your needs. 


Healing Yoga Session

 

Meet one on one with an experienced Yoga teacher to address particular injuries or health conditions and how you may use yogic practices to restore balance. You will be screened in a variety of yoga postures to help determine which will be beneficial as take-home practices for you. To facilitate mind/body healing, pranayama and meditation may be recommended as well. 

 

Radiant Child Yoga & Family Yoga

 

This fun class incorporates music, stories, and Yoga to introduce playful movement, awareness of breath, and mindful meditations. Be ready to laugh, dance and sing! Yoga benefits children in so many ways! It helps them connect with their body and minds, while building confidence and love for themselves inside and out. This class will help your child improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as help them concentrate, focus, relax, be creative and learn to channel their energy more effectively. 

Prenatal Yoga 

 

Designed to nourish expectant mothers during their magical journey, you will learn to use yoga’s mind/body awareness to connect with your own innate wisdom, body and your growing baby.  Pre-natal Yoga strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, improves circulation, aids in digestion, and exercises the spine; increasing overall comfort.


Mama & Baby Yoga

 

Bring your baby 6 weeks through crawling and enjoy the opportunity for a re-energizing yoga practice, focusing on toning abs and pelvic floor, re-strengthening the shoulders, quadriceps, and hips, and to recovering internally and externally from pregnancy and childbirth
